The vision of Grace Church is to be a place where people who are hurt, broken, and far from God come close. That means that you can belong at Grace before you believe. We want to be good news in our neighborhood because we believe that grace makes a difference.

Core Beliefs

The following are the core beliefs of Grace Church which are based on the foundational truths taught in the Bible. All of our teaching and ministry is rooted in and flows out of these biblical doctrines.

THE TRINITY
The triune God, Father (Genesis 1:1), Son (John 10:30), and Holy Spirit (John 4:24)
VERBAL INSPIRATION

The verbal inspiration and plenary authority of both Old and New Testament (II Timothy 3:16,17)

TOTAL DEPRAVITY

The depravity and lost condition of all men by nature (Romans 3:19)

PERSONALITY OF SATAN

The personality of Satan (Job 1:6,7)

VIRGIN BIRTH

The virgin birth and deity of Jesus Christ, our Lord (Luke 1:35)

BLOOD ATONEMENT

The shed blood of Jesus Christ, the only atonement for sins (Romans 3:25)

RESURRECTION

The bodily resurrection and Lordship of Jesus (Acts 2:32-36; I Timothy 2:5)

JUSTIFICATION BY FAITH

Justification on the single ground of faith in the shed blood of Jesus Christ (Acts 13:38, 39)

ETERNAL SECURITY

The eternal security of all believers (John 10:28,29)

GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT

Gifts given to each believer by the Holy Spirit for the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry, and for the edifying of the Body of Christ (Ephesians 4:11, 12)

PERSON AND WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

The personality of the Holy Spirit, who convicts the world of sin, and regenerates, indwells, enlightens, and guides the believer (John 16:8; I Corinthians 3:16)

THE CHURCH

The saved in this dispensation; all members of the Body of Christ, the Church (I Corinthians 12:12, 13)

PRIESTHOOD OF ALL BELIEVERS

The acceptance of every believer as a priest to offer, petitions, ministries, and intercessions to God, because of the intercessory work of Jesus Christ, our High Priest (I Peter 2:5: Revelation 1:6; Hebrews 3:1, 4:14, 7:24, 25, 10:21,22)

SEPARATION FROM THE WORLD

A life of separation from all worldly and sinful practices by those who are saved (James 4:4; Romans 12:2; I John 2:16; II Corinthians 6:14)

THE TWO NATURES

The possession of two natures by those who are born again; they may be victorious over the old through the power of the new, but eradication of the old is unscriptural (Romans 6:13; 8:12; Galatians 5:16-25; Ephesians 4:22-24; Colossians 3:1-10; I Peter 1:14-16; I John 3:5-9)

MISSIONS

The obligation of the saved to witness by life and word to these truths and to proclaim the Gospel to all the world (Acts 1:8)

HELL

The eternal, conscious punishment of all unsaved men (Matthew 25:46; Revelation 20:14-15)

SECOND COMING OF CHRIST

The personal, pre-millennial, and imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ (Acts 1:11; I Thessalonians 4:16-17)

Our Doctrine

Our doctrine and other important documents can be found in our governing documents.

Our Ministries

Our work in the world flows out of who we are because of what Christ has done for us.

Grace Church Albuquerque: A Place of Community, Worship, and Service

Grace Church Albuquerque, located in the heart of New Mexico, is a vibrant and welcoming congregation that is committed to spreading the message of God's love and grace. The church has become a beacon of hope for the local community, offering a variety of services, programs, and events designed to meet the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of its members. The church emphasizes the importance of biblical teachings, worship, and a deep sense of community as essential elements of the Christian faith.

At Grace Church, the mission is clear: to love God, love others, and make disciples. The church’s leadership, including Pastor Aaron Giesler, Amanda Essenmacher, and Brian Bickett, plays an integral role in shaping the vision and mission of the church. Their dedication to serving God and guiding the congregation has had a profound impact on the spiritual life of the church community.

Pastor Aaron Giesler has been a dynamic leader at Grace Church Albuquerque, known for his powerful preaching and commitment to teaching the Bible with clarity and relevance. His ability to connect Scripture with everyday life has helped individuals deepen their understanding of God’s Word and apply it practically. Brian’s leadership in worship helps set the tone for each service, guiding the congregation into meaningful and heartfelt moments of praise and reflection.

Church is vital because it is a place where individuals can grow in their faith, find support in times of need, and contribute to the greater good of their communities. The body of believers comes together to encourage one another, hold each other accountable, and work together to spread the love of Christ. For Grace Church Albuquerque, the collaboration of leadership and community involvement is what makes it an impactful place of spiritual transformation and service to others. Through the efforts of Pastor Aaron, Amanda, Brian, and the congregation as a whole, the church continues to be a source of hope and inspiration for the people of Albuquerque.
