Our Ministries
Our Ministries are the place you can find life-changing community.
Adult Ministries
At Grace Church, we believe that spiritual growth happens in circles, not rows. It is our desire that everyone at Grace – whether you’ve been here for a minute or a lifetime – has a Jesus-centered relational connection with other believers. Our adult small groups gather online or in person, based on different age groups, interests, or life stages.
Grace Kids
Grace Kids seeks to serve kids and families by connecting them to one another and to Jesus. We have lots of online resources for your family and we invite you to join us in person each Sunday morning.
Grace Student Ministry
Students in grades 6 though 12 gather each week at Grace for big fun and small group discussions. We meet on Wednesdays at 6pm and Sundays at 10:30am. If you are a student, there’s a place for you. Our students participate in Winter Retreat and in Summer Camp every year. Come check it out for yourself!
Worship Ministry
We exist to worship God with our entire lives. Each week, we meet to worship together in music, in prayer, and in Scripture. Musicians of all kinds join together in the worship ministry to lead the congregation to worship together.
Missions
Grace Church was founded in 1939 as a missions-sending church. From that very first day until now, Grace has actively supported missions activities, evangelism of people groups, and missionaries. We focus our missions efforts in four main areas.
Guest Services
Our host team is here to serve our guests, helping everyone who visits Grace Church to feel right at home here. There’s a place for everyone here at Grace, and Guest Services is here to help you find your way.
Digital Strategies
Grace Church seeks to connect people who are hurt, broken, and far from God with the life-changing grace of Jesus Christ in whatever way we can. Digital strategies help us reach people who aren’t able to be in our building. If you love to serve God with your photography, video, digital hospitality, or social media skills, we would love to connect with you.
Service Ministries
We want to be good news in our neighborhood, and service opportunities help us be that. If you love a chance to roll up your sleeves and get to work outdoors, in the kitchen, or cleaning up, we have a place for you to serve. Some of our opportunities are ongoing and some are special events. You can click below to serve at our Special Needs Respite Events or at our Rehab Center Bible study or Sunday service, also.

Serving in Church: A Powerful Way to Create a More Connected Community
At Grace Church, we believe that serving is one of the most meaningful ways to grow in faith, deepen relationships, and build a strong, connected community. Serving in the church isn’t just about filling a need—it’s about actively participating in God’s work, supporting one another, and creating a space where people feel welcomed, valued, and loved. When we serve, we not only make a difference in the lives of others but also experience the joy and fulfillment that comes from serving alongside fellow believers.
Building Stronger Connections Through Service
One of the greatest benefits of serving in church is the opportunity to form deeper, more meaningful connections within the community. Whether you are volunteering in children’s ministry, helping with worship, greeting newcomers, or assisting with church events, you are actively contributing to the growth and health of the church. When people serve together, they build relationships based on shared purpose and mutual care. These shared experiences create bonds that go beyond surface-level interactions and allow people to connect on a deeper level, fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie.
Serving together also provides opportunities for authentic fellowship. As you work side by side with others, you learn more about their lives, struggles, and triumphs. These connections can lead to lasting friendships and create a church environment where people truly know and care for one another. It’s through these meaningful relationships that a church community becomes stronger and more unified.
Encouraging Spiritual Growth and Accountability
Serving in church also plays a vital role in your personal spiritual growth. It allows you to use the gifts and talents God has given you for His glory and to serve others. Whether you're teaching, leading a small group, or helping behind the scenes, serving helps you step out of your comfort zone and develop a deeper reliance on God. It challenges you to grow in humility, patience, and love as you serve people from all walks of life.
When you serve in the church, you also create accountability for yourself. By being actively involved in church life, you’re more likely to engage in spiritual practices like prayer, study, and fellowship. This accountability encourages you to live out your faith consistently and passionately, which in turn inspires others to do the same.
Creating a Welcoming Atmosphere
Serving also plays a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for newcomers and guests. When you greet people with kindness, help them find their way around the church, or offer a warm smile and prayer, you are setting the tone for a positive experience. Visitors are more likely to feel comfortable and engaged when they are met with a community of people who are eager to serve and make them feel at home. Through service, we demonstrate Christ’s love in tangible ways, showing others that Grace Church is a place where they belong and are valued.
Serving Beyond the Church Walls
Service doesn’t just happen on Sundays or during church events; it extends to our neighborhoods and the broader community. When we serve together, whether through local outreach projects, missions, or helping those in need, we are expanding the reach of the church’s impact. Serving outside the church allows us to share the love of Christ with others and invite them into the Grace Church family.
Conclusion
Serving in church is one of the most powerful ways to foster a connected, vibrant community. It builds relationships, strengthens faith, and creates a welcoming environment for all. At Grace Church, we believe that when we serve together, we become more than just a group of individuals—we become a family united by a common mission. Whether you’re serving in a ministry, volunteering for an event, or simply helping a neighbor, your act of service is a reflection of Christ’s love, and it has the power to transform not only the church but the world around us. Serving is an invitation to be part of something bigger than yourself, and it’s a step toward creating a deeper, more connected community within the body of Christ.
